Bought this because I needed more space on my PS5. This item stated it was compatible to PS5. I reviewed the instructions and watched the recommended video and I connected everything properly and yet it would not free up space nor could I play COD. Wate of time and I just had to return it

Says it’s supported for 2 years. But there’s no support number or any contact information at all. It stopped working in less than 8 months. It was a struggle to get the contact information to get the warranty validated. But I found the necessary information on a card in the original packaging. Make sure to keep that warranty card and info! It’s the only way to get a hold of them. Once you do they will honor the warranty! As of April 6th 2025 it’s still working. Hopefully it will last at least a couple years 🤞

I just bought this external hard drive for my PlayStation 5 but I was only able to store saved games and I have enough space for over 100 games. Hopefully with a future product you are able to save and play games. The hard drive is big and comes with an adapter to connect and USB. Plenty of space for games and also works for the PS 4. It’s a good price and buy if you want to use it for PS 4 or 5. Hope the company can release an SSD product in the future for the PS 5. I’m satisfied with product and own two more external drives from the same brand.
