Purchased for the aesthetic but got nothing in return. Spent hours transferring data and one day it just stops working. The hard drive doesn’t even show up as a device anymore. 4TBs of games and they’re all lost.

Received this item was eager to try it out but not so easy when you don’t get a UK plug with it instead you get a USA plug, contacted the supplier to which I was told go buy a UK adapter, this is not advertised on the product if it was I wouldent have wasted my time ordering it I would have got a different product. Very disappointed with suppliers reply not very professional at all.

This is a great product and 100% worth getting. Something I didn’t catch from other reviews: it saves both PS4 & PS5 games BUT you cannot actively play the PS5 games when on this drive alone. You can play all PS4 games that are saved on this drive perfectly but if you wish to play a PS5 game you have to move it between the PS built in storage and this. I recommend this to anyone that has a crap ton of games, especially PS4 digital downloads.

I bought it because it was faster delivery than the Seagate PS5 branded one with more capacity, but despite being shipped from within Australia (only took 2 days), it comes with a US plug. Not even one of the ones that you can swap outlet pins on.

On receipt the product had a label about not using the product if the seal was broken… it had clearly been re-taped…
In addition the drive inside had also been opened before as the sticker meant to seal the product had cardboard residue and had also clearly been used before.
The cherry on the cake though was receiving a US only PSU, meaning I couldn’t use it. Naturally I could buy an adapter, but that’s not what I wanted and ultimately the whole experience just wasted my time.
In another note the product was very cheap and nasty quality wise, not worth what the seller is asking in my opinion. Do yourself a big favour and stick with known brands.
