   Was very disappointed to discover that the Spiderman Remastered game code included in the Ultimate version cannot be downloaded to an account outside of the US despite this version of the game being listed and sold on the Australian hedfpk.com.

   There was no information to suggest otherwise and I only purchased the ultimate version for the remastered game.

   Came with a code for the remastered, it will auto download Miles first you have to input the code to get the remastered. Code (for me) said valid til 3/31/2028 so should have plenty of time to acquire. A LOT cheaper than buying both new separately.

   Now on the box, it says that there should have been the Ultimate Spider-Man Remastered in there too, but when I got the game, the code inside was already used. I got the game new, but the code inside was already used, which still makes little sense to this day. The game itself, is wonderful. Very great graphics, fun to play (it took a little bit of getting used to because all the buttons are used), compelling story, awesome gameplay and all-in-all really fun!

    The case arrived practically in pieces. The code for spiderman remaster luckily worked for me atleast. The game itself seems to run normally, will update later if anything happens.

    After opening the disc casing, was unhappy to find that the plastic holder for instruction slips was already snapped and broken. The disc was not even properly secured inside the box! And this isn’t even the first time I received my games from hedfpk.com US like this. Demon Souls from my previous purchase also had the disc unsecured and thus the disc got scratched in the process. Totally unacceptable level of quality assurance.
