   I just finished mounting my PS5 and this wall docking station is amazing! There’s some room improvement though for the future product release. I would suggest adding a level within the bracket. Also, the pre drilled holes, I suggest making 3 center holes of the docking station. In the instructions, I will not recommend mounting only half the bracket to the stud and the other half to the dry wall? The anchors provided is not the best. If you have to mount the docking station to the dry wall, I would suggest picking up some (toggle bolt,) also known as a butterfly anchor. If you want to take an additional step to securely mount the docking station to the stud, I recommend what I did. In this case, I decided to pre-cut 1” board by the length of the docking station. Then I pre-painted to match the wall and I used 2” wood screws to line the board that I just cut/painted right into the middle of the stud. Then I mounted the PS5 Charging station to the board knowing this baby isn’t going anywhere. Overall, this came out great! I recommend this anyone that wants to wall mount their PS5.

   My son was very excited to receive this (I was too as we had just redone his room and wanted it all organized and looking sharp). When we opened the box there was simply a bag with separate parts and 2 used white zip ties. I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve been receiving quite a few used or sometimes entirely wrong items from hedfpk.com. Some are clearly someone’s returned items with their return information in the box.
   My son looked disappointed so I told him we’d try it out and see if it works. If it does we’ll keep it. Turns out it works fine. Sure I received someone’s return and didn’t even get a discount as if I’d intentionally purchased one of their “used-like new” products but after so many recent wrong packages I just didn’t have it in me to submit for replacement and repackage this one up to return. It’s been a couple weeks and it has t acted up so fingers crossed.
   It mounts easily to the wall and seems well made. 5 stars for the product, 2 for hedfpk.com and their latest string of screw ups.

   Great product! Looks great behind the TV can’t even see it and very sturdy. Yet when I charger my controllers it seems to stop charging them and flash red and blue, but not charging. I have to shut the control charging port and turn it back on and then it starts charging. Overall is well worth it

   Our PS5 was too accessible to our cats and their climbing activities, so we chose this item to wall-mount our PS5 and get our controllers off the TV stand. This is a near-perfect solution, and I’ll write about the chargers I’ve seen people not happy with. Pros: easy to use and holds everything. Easy-to-read instructions. Fast installation. Appears secure and even mounted on drywall I don’t believe we have any risk of anything falling so long as no-one takes a bat to it. Very clean look that matches the PS5 white perfectly. Wishes: could come with some cable management built in, like a hook or something that matches or is part of the bracket, but we can customize that on our own as a separate item. The controller charging dock: I’ll admit I was nervous to order this because some of the reviews mentions the chargers being annoying to use or not working. The chargers work perfectly for me, no issues there. It is not the easiest thing to place them onto the chargers, so I’m not sure I would trust a young kid with a short temper to use it without breaking something. I place them by lining up the middle pinhole to where it’s meant to go – and definitely have to take a moment to look at where I am placing the controller. No pressure is needed to push the controller onto the chargers, you just set it down where the charger lines up.

    This arrived fairly quick the week of Christmas. We just put it together and have horsehair plaster walls so I was nervous about how sturdy it would be with the PS5 and the controllers but it is very secure. Very please with the space it saves and convenience of charging the controllers without wires everywhere. Only thing that the manufacturer should be made aware of is the mini screws didn’t fit into the holes we needed a drill bit to open the holes wider. Also, no fault to the manufacturer, but if you buy skins to put on the remotes the charging station doesnt charge them because the sensors don’t connect. The skins cause a small gap so just an FYI.. otherwise I really am happy with it.
