   When I plugged the system in it was not showing on-screen, I used another HDMI cable I had and it worked fine. The controller was not responding when plugged in so I used a USB cable I had laying around and it worked as well. It would be nice if these kinds of things were tested before being shipped out.

   Ordered ps5, it came pretty quickly, took it out of the box, plugged it in, worked at first but would not successfully launch any games without crashing, returned the ps5 & requested a refund. Instead of refunding for purchase price, seller is now trying to accuse me of FRAUD, saying that I returned a different ps5 & only refunded $34. DO NOT order from this seller. Seller needs new employees & company investigation it seems.
