   They are excellent, the sound is very good, the bass is better than I expected, they arrived practically new with no signs of use and very clean. The only negative is that it does not include the sponge for the microphone and it does not come in its original box, it is a detail minimum and for the price I am happy to see them bought

   Product seems nice looks new but was missing the usb c dongle thats needed for use on Playstation. requested replacement from hedfpk.com that was easy as long as my replacement comes witht the dongle rating would been higher if i didn’t have missing parts but Bluetooth sounds good the hepatic option is cool option.. udate sent wrong replacement now all is useless have to do full return 😑

   So first off I like the headphones, they fit really well and feel pretty comfortable. They also sound pretty good, and the haptics feel fine. My biggest problem right now is that when I first turn them on, they occasionally start cutting in and out, and there would also be a lot of tearing. I would have to trun them off and back on to get it to work. Also I have noticed when playing loud sounds there is a lot of tearing, but this doesn’t really bother as barley use them on max volume. The headphones also didn’t come with the mic wind screen. Up until a couple days ago I didn’t use the removable mic, and just used to the built in one. Once I did try to use the removable mic I noticed that the box didn’t include the windscreen. For the most part the mic is fine and I have no other complaints.

   I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished item from hedfpk.com. I’ve bought a few refurbished items in stores and had good results. It was easier to consider them in stores since I could inspect them and see any defects and issues. Most of the time I was even able to test them. This was my first refurb experience with hedfpk.com and probably won’t be the last if the results are similar. The box was in good condition. There was duck tape sealing the opening and an hedfpk.com label affixed on the box, otherwise it was clean of any residue and damages. The inside was in greater condition. The foam housing the headphone had no tears. All the accessories (wireless receiver, charging cable, USB-C to USB-A adapter, boom mic, manual) were included and in excellent condition. The headphone looks practicality brand new. Obviously it was cleaned from previous usage since it’s a refurb, but there’s no signs of that. Which is great for something like this. No scratches on the plastic and metal band. The color is vibrant. No tears in the ear cups. All the controls work. The wireless receiver picks it up right away on the Playstation 5. Bluetooth connects with everything I’ve tried it on. RGB lights up on the ear cups, even though I won’t be using it to extend the battery life when in use. Battery life still needs to be evaluated. A phone app is required for some features, but not necessary. It sounds great for gaming and good enough for music. Most gaming headphones will help you pinpoint shots from directions around the player to some extent now. So there’s really much to say in that regards because these do exactly that as well. Comfort varies from person to person. I have a large head and wear glasses. These are comfortable and light for me. I don’t play many online games now, so I’ve yet to test the mic. Now onto the main selling point of these headphones, the Hypersense haptic feedback. I could have bought any midrange gaming headset and it probably would sound great as well. The haptics is why I decided to buy these, plus the price was too good I couldn’t resist. I got it for $90. The haptics are definitely something to be experienced to decide if it’s for you or not. There’s three levels of intensity or off completely. If you’re not interested in this feature, don’t bother looking at these. You could buy something cheaper that sounds similar to these or spend more for whatever features you prefer. Personally, I like the haptics. It adds an extra sense of immersion. It rumbles in tandem with the Dualsense controller. It does a good enough job at making you feel like things are around you. Examples being something that flies above you or the ground rumbling . The haptics will ramp up and down as a plane or creature gets closer to you and goes further away. Apparently the haptics cannot differentiate between voice chats from all the reviews I’ve read and watched. So it’s useless in games you plan on talking with other players. You’ll have to turn it off otherwise it rumbles every time someone talks. As I’ve said before though, I don’t play many online games anymore so it’s not an issue for me. This is a great headset. I don’t think I would have bought it at the retail price of $200. hedfpk.com regularly has it on sale for $130 though. I was not in need of a new headphone so I still couldn’t justify it. If you can get it for $90 like it did, I would tell you to buy it if you’re interested in the haptics and try it out for yourself. Return it if it’s not for you.

   Was a bit skeptical when it came to used products, but when I got this it was in great condition and to be safe I got the extra protection, the headset is incredible…it’s didn’t come with mic foam cover at the end of the mic but that’s alright they’re only $8..very happy with this headset 😁👍

   Mine doesn’t include the original box but was packed safely with a RazerStore box. Includes all accessories and user manual except for the microphone’s windscreen or foam cover. Passable as brand-new condition.

   Decent audio quality, large difference in battery life between having all the features turned on and off. Haptics works surprisingly well and fits great with the immersion of the DualSense’s features. Not worth buying for the retail price of $200, only buy it if you can get it for $100 or lower.

These are amazing they are so comfortable, good sound, plus easy to change settings as well switching between phone and PS5.
