   This is my second attempt to put a review due to censorship of some companies which is sad. Informing parents of things they might not want their kids to view is considered hateful speech. As I stated before the game is good and allot of work went into it and NIS did another great translation. My beef was with the obvious gender content that didnt need to be in it. Apparently letting parents know that is now wrong for some reason. Anyways, if your kids are mature enough this is a good game and tons of fighting options and skill to use.

   I love everything about this series. Good character development. And the music is just so relaxing. Some references will go over your head if you have missed other games in this series. As this series goes back to psp days. But trails to zero just was re released on ps4 and trails to azure. So grab those games as it starts before this game takes place. Then trails of cold steel one. The whole series has been a pleasure

   I first got into this rabbithole of series and storytelling with legend of heroes: trails of cold steel years ago and ever since my live for this game is unparalleled. This game is an amalgamation of years of feeling I developed as I played these games from the very first to this one. I highly recommend you get this game only if you played all the other games involved in this franchise

   I’ve played all of the Trails of Cold Steel games and really enjoy the series. This title takes everything the the ToCS series and adds elements from previous titles in the series for a fun curtain call of sorts. The story so far has been okay, but I have really enjoyed running through the dungeon that becomes available in Chapter 2. The dungeon allows you to play as so many familiar faces, and you can elect to randomly regenerate floors that you’ve already completed for a fresh run. Game also includes a ton of mini games and side stories that are unlockable in the dungeon. So far, this is a fond celebration of the series. Can’t wait to see how the goes! Admittedly the dlc is very expensive, but it isn’t really necessary to have a good time either. If you like the series give this one a shot!

   I love how this connects all the characters stories from cold steel,crossbell and sky games. The romances and story is phenomenal and ties up the stories for not only the main characters but every side character throughout the franchise up until cold steel series. It’s the perfect epilogue before we get into the new calvard games that would come after this. A lot of side characters we can now play as again such as towa and even certain villains too! This game also introduces new storylines to become invested in. The graphics and new OSTs are phenomenally good! 10/10 game.

   Trails into Reverie serves as an epilogue for the Trails of Cold Steel series, as well as tying up greater plot points in the Trails series, and setting the stage for the Calvard Arc that begins next game. As such, if you haven’t at the very least played Trails of Cold Steel 1-4, you’ll be extremely lost in both the gameplay and the plot. If however, you’ve put in the time to experience the entire series, Trails into Reverie is an outright reward, giving you every character and gameplay moment you were hoping for and then some. The world building and character writing in the series continues to outright embarrass the entire rest of the genre. While the game is not perfect, it has weaknesses along with its strengths, its strengths are so strong that I cannot recommend it highly enough.
