   I found these to be comfortable and provide good quality incoming and outgoing (mic) audio. This version, the max, with the transmitter/receiver dongle allowed me to use it with my PC, Xbox Series X and my PlayStation 4. Battery life is good. I like the cloth ear cups (not leatherette) as they are more comfortable for long periods wearing them. I also like the separate audio wheel for volume to adjust how much you hear your own voice when using the mic.

   Los estuve probando por dos semanas y la verdad vale mucho la pena comprarlos! Son de muy buen material y de muy buena calidad. El sonido es muy bueno tienen muy buen volumen y con los ajustes adicionales son excelentes para escuchar enemigos que se acerquen a ti durante el juego. No se puede configurar directamente con el Xbox series X pero con su adaptador usb no tienes problemas, además puedes conectar tus audífonos al Xbox y al celular al mismo tiempo y eso me gustó.

   Lo único que se me complicó un poco fue actualizar los audífonos por qué no dice si ya están actualizados o aún no! Pero de ahí en fuera, todo está perfecto.

   UPDATE: Going on 8 months now with this headset and it still works perfect for me. No cracks in plastic or any signs of breaking. As long as you take care of the headset you’ll be fine. Its a shame this headset doesn’t work for everyone because for me it’s the perfect headset. I use them interchangeably between my Series X and PS5 daily and doing so is cake work. The dongle provided with this headset has a switch to select either Xbox or “USB” which you use on PS5 or PC. The battery life is stellar, the sound is great and gets plenty loud, it can connect to your console and phone at the same time, the flip to mute mic is a godsend, and the overall build quality is Sturdy. Not sure how people actually break this headset as I’ve used it for about 5 months now with no sign of breaking/cracking, but to be fair I take care of my stuff. The ONLY negatives I have experienced with his headset is every now and then I can hear crackling coming through but it lasts a few seconds and then it’s gone and the clamping force is tight right out the box. I’ve stretched the headset out and it fits perfectly fine now though. Overall, this headset is the best bang for your buck in my opinion and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

   They’re more comfortable than the first generation. Feels more sturdy than before. Having the usb dongle definitely makes things better. Connects instantly, doesn’t drop the connection and easily transfers to other equipment. I love being able to connect to my Xbox and my phone simultaneously. I got them for $199.99, easily worth the price. The “head clamp” pressure was a bit much at first. I just extended the headband and it relieved the pressure. As far as sound quality, I think they’re awesome! I’ve never had an issue with the phone app for these headsets. If you want something that is plug and play, convenient and quality. Buy these. Especially when they’re on sale.

   I’ll start work some other points besides the main reason for my rating. The headset sounds amazing, it is pretty comfortable, the “cooling” cups don’t really do anything, they are just cool like any other pleather material would be when you first put them on, but they don’t remain cool for long. By brother has the same exact headset as me which is why I bought these, he said they were good. But he is on the other side of the house and our headsets constantly get switched, where my volume controls will control his headset, same thing when making changes within the app. The range isn’t good at all, I can barely step out of my room before it starts breaking up and about 20 feet away in the kitchen it drops out entirely. The connection is so weak that I can be sitting right in front of my tv but if I turn my head so the receiver in the headset is facing away from the usb it breaks up from 5 feet away with a straight line of sight. Also I can make it break up not by putting my hand over the left ear of the headset. Now the biggest issue. This headset has horrible build quality for the price. Every other competitor has a better band design. The plastic is very cheap and brittle. This headset lasted me exactly 1 year, I don’t use this daily and don’t often take it off and on my head, less than 10 hours a week. It started when one day I put it on my head and it felt like my right ear cup wasn’t tight to my head. Upon inspection there was a small crack that allowed the ear cup to flex a little so it couldn’t get a tight seal. I super glued it and it worked for about 2 months until one day I lightly pulled the headset apart to take it off my head as I always did, and it completely snapped off. I have never dropped this headset, never traveled with it, it goes on my head and then on my desk when I am done with it. I am always very careful. I also have a VERY small head. I wear this headset at its smallest setting and it still broke from taking it on and off. The fundamental design flaw is that while the headset is on your head, the pivoting ear cups want to bend down and out, so it constant has stress on the inside of the band, just above the ear cup while you are wearing it. The stress crack proved this because just with that crack it would flex and not create a tight fit. If you are going to get this headset, get a 2 year warranty. I just claimed mine and sent it off for a refund. I’ll be using the money towards a different brand.

   Amazing headset, never had any issues with connectivity, charging, mic quality, audio quality, or pretty much anything else. Only ever had 2 issues with it: 1) The programmable dial doesn’t seem to like working very well. Not sure if it’s the headset, or maybe I’m just bumping it a lot more than I thought. 2) I have a rather large head, and unfortunately this headset is not designed for that. It’s quite comfortable, if maybe a bit tight until you break it in. The problem is that after only 3 months of use (I use it every day for anywhere from 2 to 12+ hours a day), the band is breaking, right above the part where it attaches to the ear cushions. I had a similar problem with the stealth 600 gen 2, so unfortunately I don’t think I can continue using Turtle Beach’s headsets. That said, to anyone who doesn’t have a wider than usual head, this should be an amazing headset!

   The headphone worked fine for 3 months and then the transmitter started having a lot of problems. It is not getting recognised by Windows anymore. Even if it does rarely uhby some miracle, the headphone is not getting reconnected to the transmitter. I raised with Turtle Beach support. They said since it is purchased in India, so they can’t ship a replacement. When I checked with the India service provider, they are saying it is not officially imported to India, this model has not been released in India, so denying support. Overall disappointing experience for such an expensive headset.
