   Works perfectly, this is an upgrade for my Apex I used to have.

   As long as you can read and have a little bit of patience to set it up it’ll be fine. The hardest thing is upgrading the firmware but all you got to do is plug it in and download the firmware update to your PC.

   The entire user experience is garbage.

   Everything has to be downloaded from their forum, the app is garbage on iOS, super complicated to get things working properly. I did everything they say and still couldn’t get aim assist working on warzone (I inured my hand and can’t hold a controller and this is how I found XIM) — When you parachute in your mouse is in slow motion, too many complicated work arounds to make this thing worth it. After all that I did a beta update and the mobile app on iOS wont work with beta. I roll back to public release firmware and then the unit no longer connects to mobile or desktop app.

   Such a waste of time. If you love pain and complication buy this thing. It’s no wonder everyone is trying to sell one on one sessions on Patreon to set this thing up.

   This product is absolutely Amazing. Takes a while to get used to and setup, think I struggled for like a week before getting it set up properly, but there’s xim discords out there that are full of helpers that will help you get all set up, one is called xim share settings. I went from being a baby silver with a 0.8 KD on roller to a champion with a 1.2 KD in ranked and a 1.75 kd in quick, I only got this device as I have complete nerve damage in my right hand and can’t feel my controller or analog stick with my right hand, and it has definitely given me back the edge I lost when my nerves in my right hand died. Make sure you do your research though! Some games havr things like mousetrap you have to actively avoid by doing bypasses such as Rainbow Six Siege, and do your research on what mouse and keyboards are compatible, cuz not all are compatible, some will even seem like they are by working for 5-10 then turning off. I almost threw my xim out until I was told to try a new mouse and keyboard, tried that and I’ve been golden ever since. If you wanna know ones that work for sure I use the Razer Ornata V3 X for a keyboard and the logitech g305 light speed mouse as a mouse and they both work perfectly. But yeah after all the hurdles and everything is set up, this device works like a dream.

    I bought this adapter because I am a PC gamer who purchased an Xbox series x and wanted to use a mouse and keyboard with my Xbox. I tried to set it up and had no luck. I read other reviews where other people had no problems so I thought I would give it a try.

    When I had difficulties, the manufacturer reached out to me with helpful tips to get this working. They did this on three separate occasions but to know avail could I get it to work, so I returned it. I must say though, the level of customer service and support were outstanding.
